This room is located on the northeast and is therefore pleasantly cool, especially in the warm summer months. The private terrace offers a view to the north—‘Tramuntana’, as they say here in Valencian. In the morning, the terrace bathes in soft sunlight, while from midday it lies comfortably in the shade.

For those who enjoy basking in the sun, there is always the possibility of taking a seat on the gallery at the front, where you look out over the landscape and the sea in the distance.
