Font de Sant Pere, La Senia

Just outside La Senia, on the way to the Embalse de Ulldecona reservoir, you’ll find Font de Sant Pere. Beautifully situated above a mountain stream, or a dry riverbed if it hasn’t rained for a while. Good food at reasonable prices.

El Nautic, Les Cases de Alcanar

Just north of Vinaròs, across the border into Catalonia, lies the fishing village of Les Cases de Alcanar. Here you’ll find a variety of fish restaurants, including El Nautic, right on the marina. The quality of the food is excellent, not just seafood but also meat and poultry.

Mar Blava, Benicarló

In the northern corner of Benicarló, located on a pebble beach. Only open in summer, it’s essentially an outdoor terrace. But with creative dishes of excellent quality!

Attached to the old castle, at the edge of the northern beach you’ll find Muva Beach. Situated above the beach café 'Entre Dos Aguas', in summer you can enjoy the excellent food on the terrace overlooking the water.

Vinoteca Rojo Picota, a wine cellar and tapas restaurant. An exceptional selection of wines, available by the bottle to take away, and in the restaurant by the glass. The tapas are excellent and especially more special than the standard offerings you often find.
