We are Alijda and Bastien de Jong and we warmly welcome you to our B&B. Our goal is simple: to provide you with a delightful, relaxed stay, with just that little bit of extra attention. Upon arrival, there's always a welcome drink waiting for you.

Alijda has worked for years as a pedagogical assistant and holistic family therapist, while Bastien gained experience in the financial services industry. Yet, we both harbored a long-standing dream: to create a place where hospitality, tranquility, and unique experiences converge. That dream became a reality in 2025.

We fell in love with beautiful Spain—especially the lush Costa del Azahar, with its fragrant orange and olive groves and stunning coastline. Here, you'll experience the real, authentic Spain, beloved by Spaniards themselves as a holiday destination.

During our first visit to Mas del Rey, we knew instantly: this is the place. An oasis of calm where you can forget the world around you. Since December 2025, we've been the proud owners, and we are grateful to Marieke and Gerard for building this special B&B with so much love.

Our B&B caters to everyone seeking a few days away, but also to larger groups: families, friend groups (no youth), or coaches looking for an inspiring location for a retreat. We're happy to help you plan and will do everything to make your stay unforgettable.
