"What time can we check in or out?"
Check‑in is between 16:00 and 22:30 and check‑out between 8:00 and 11:00. Of course we try to be flexible with these times. Please let us know your check‑in or check‑out time one day in advance.
"Is breakfast included and at what times?"
Yes, the breakfast buffet is always included when you book through this site. If you have the apartment, you can add the breakfast buffet for € 10 p.p.p.d. In principle the breakfast buffet is between 8.30 and 10.30, but if you need to leave early we can accommodate that. You never have to leave our B & B with an empty stomach.
"How do we reach you?"
Our Bed and Breakfast is easily reachable by car. In Google Maps enter Mas del Rey. The GPS coordinates are 40.47248522036033, 0.3811357158032049. When you are close, you will find two clear road signs pointing to our B & B. We have an electric gate. Ring the bell and we will open the gate. If we do not hear the bell, call 0031614132945.
Are there enough parking spaces?
Our grounds have ample parking behind our automatic gate. You are safe and out of sight.
Is the pool heated?
No, but the pool is readily accessible between May and October. The pool is separate from the house with lounge chairs around where you can sunbathe in privacy.
Are children welcome? Absolutely:
Children are warmly welcome at Mas del Rey—we actually find it extra cozy when they come along! However, we would like to share a few practical points. Our pool is at least 1.60 m deep and there is no supervision, so we ask parents to watch their children carefully while swimming.
In addition, we place great value on peace and relaxation for all guests. Therefore we ask parents to be considerate of others in shared spaces such as the breakfast table and the terrace. A bit of quiet, a tidy table and respect for each other's space ensure everyone can fully enjoy their holiday.
May we use our own food and drink at the B&B?
The honest answer: preferably not. We want to prevent pests. Preparing meals is really not allowed, except in the apartment where a kitchen is available. However we understand that if you have purchased a very nice wine or something special, you would like to enjoy it. That is possible. We would appreciate it if you use the “honesty bar” as much as possible.
What is an Honesty Bar and how does it work?
In the communal area of Mas del Rey there is a well‑stocked fridge at your disposal—filled with refreshing drinks, Spanish wines and various beers. In addition you will also find savory snacks in the bar for a tasty bite between meals.
We trust that you will note what you use; the costs are settled upon departure. This keeps it simple and relaxed for everyone.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but to preserve tranquility for all our guests we generally do not allow pets. In the high and low season we can sometimes make an exception by arrangement. Dogs that bark frequently are not allowed. During breakfast and dinner pets are not welcome in the communal areas. If you stay with a pet we charge an extra €25 for cleaning.
