The location of Mas del Rey

Mas del Rey is situated in a very rural area, but certainly not isolated.

It is located approximately halfway between Barcelona and Valencia on the Costa del Azahar, equally distant from Vinaròs as Benicarló and just as close to the mountains of the Alt Maestrat as it is to the Mediterranean Sea.

We are also near Peñíscola. Peñíscola is one of the most beautiful villages on the Spanish coast, situated on a rocky peninsula that juts out into the Mediterranean Sea. The town is dominated by the impressive Castillo de Papa Luna, a 14th-century castle that once served as a papal residence. The old town, with its winding streets, whitewashed houses and artisan shops, exudes a Mediterranean atmosphere that immediately embraces you.

Surrounded by orange groves and olive trees, you can see the sea from the property. From Vinaròs, take the old road to the village of Calig; Mas del Rey is located two kilometers before Calig.
